O-stin – Moscow

ProjectXChange was contracted to oversee a Quest Runtime post-implementation review (PIR) for this Russian retailer. The PIR entailed a review of the existing scope and business case, implementation approaches, methodologies and achievement of business benefits. Recommendations included, among others, the compilation of project and change methodologies and a detailed 40-day action plan.

Visual Retailing is a global provider of software solutions that optimises communications between individual stores, fashion chains, and wholesalers. ProjectXChange has a long-standing relationship with Visual Retailing and is currently their partner responsible for co-ordinating products in South Africa.

The University of the Western Cape

This national Cape Town-based university received expert instruction from ProjectXChange – in particular with regards to the facilitation of the roll-out of a new Student Enrolment Management System (SEMS) for staff and students.

Media 24


Africa’s largest publishing house with over 60 titles in production, ProjectXChange facilitated the consolidation, standardisation and centralisation of all Media24 contact centres into an operating environment that provides a range of in-and outbound services to Media24 business units.

The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB)

The CIDB is a public entity established to promote a developmental framework within the South African construction industry. Its focus is on sustainable growth, capacity development and empowerment as well as improved industry performance and best practices. ProjectXChange, as part of a task team, has assisted CIDB with the development of a best practices toolkit / manual for provinces and contactors. This has in turn helped build infrastructure delivery capacity.

KZN Provincial Government
The ProjectXChange team was instrumental in optimising various processes for this provincial branch of the South African government. In particular, the team assisted with the institutionalisation and change enablement of their Infrastructural Delivery Improvement Programme (IDIP).
